Because this project consisted of parking deck repairs at a busy shopping mall, time and space were at a premium. Crews had to be highly organized and carefully scheduled during the course of the horizontal and vertical concrete repairs and installation of trench drains. The trickiest component of all, sandblasting and the painting of structural steel members in the garage, was accomplished with only a one-week shutdown of that section which required double-shifts in order to ensure complete protection and convenience of mall patrons. Accomplished on time and in budget.
