Repairs and restoration to a 10-story parking garage for the Morgantown Parking Authority including removal and replacement of all caulking, concrete repairs throughout, and a traffic coating application. Additional specialty repairs included strengthening of select columns with carbon fiber wrap and structural steel elements.
