Extensive overhaul of a three-floor parking garage on the University of Pittsburgh campus to ensure its use and safety for the next five years until such time as it is demolished. During column repairs, it was discovered that the rebar in the columns was not surrounded by containment bars. The engineer instructed CH&D Vertical to install a double wrap carbon fiber wrap enclosure around all columns to make up for the lack of steel reinforcement. Extensive partial, vertical, and full depth repairs were also executed. All elevated levels received an APT traffic coating for a finished look.
