Warwick Balconies Restoration

Concrete repairs aren’t simply limited to parking garages and building foundations. In the exciting Warwick Balconies Restoration project, horizontal and vertical concrete repairs were required to balconies of all units in this occupied condominium building. Though this was a fast-tracked project, careful attention to noise and vibration was taken to disrupt owners as little as possible. Residents took an active part in the style and repair of their balconies as each unit was unique, and many balconies had been previously modified by the unit-owners. In addition to concrete repairs, traffic coating was applied to the balconies to increase longevity and give things an attractive, finished look.
