Project Manager

Local concrete restoration contractor is seeking a full time position for a Project Manager. Candidate must have at least 5 years in previous project managing experiencethat includes structural concrete repair, traffic coating, and waterproofing. Candidates should be able to successfully manage construction projects in the range of $100,000 – $3 Million in contract value. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on their own as well as in a team environment and will be able to communicate clearly and professionally with project teams and owners. Excellent leadership skills, problem-solving skills and adaptability are a must.
