Foreman

Local concrete restoration contractor is seeking full-time candidates for the vital role of project foremen. Potential candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of construction field experience. 3-5 years of experience in managing projects ranging from $50,000 and up is preferred, but we will train and mentor all new hires. Critical skill sets required for the position include: ensuring job site safety; carrying out daily operational tasks in an effective, efficient, and timely manner as directed by the Project Manager; overseeing labor crews ranging from 1-20 individuals at a time; and maintaining project schedules. Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to drive within the tristate area. 20-30% regional travel is a possibility and some overnight travel may be periodically required.
